Le Havre vs PSG 1-5: Hakimi hat-trick from right-back puts Paris on 20 points
Le Havre led early, then Achraf Hakimi scored three times in 41 minutes. How the 1-5 unfolded, what Luis Enrique said and the Ligue 1 table now.

Paris Saint-Germain won 5-1 at Le Havre on Friday night, 30 October, and the man who did most of the damage was their right-back. Achraf Hakimi, wearing the captain’s armband, scored a hat-trick at Stade Océane as PSG came from a goal down to stay top of Ligue 1 with 20 points after nine matches.
The match kicked off at 11 PM Pakistan time, which explains why “le havre vs psg” and “le havre vs psg standings” were near the top of Google searches in Pakistan as the night went on.
How the goals came
Le Havre, bottom of the table with two points, actually went ahead. Josh Maja finished a move set up by Rayan Fofana in the 18th minute and the home crowd, already loud, got louder.
It lasted eight minutes. Mika Godts equalised in the 26th minute, and two minutes later Hakimi put PSG in front. That 1-2 was the half-time score.
The second half belonged to the Moroccan. He made it 1-3 with a direct free kick in the 55th minute, a goal that was checked by VAR before it stood. Senny Mayulu added the fourth in the 62nd minute, and Hakimi completed his hat-trick in the 69th. Le Havre did not manage a shot on target after the break.
A hat-trick from a full-back
Hat-tricks from defenders are rare at this level, and this one fits the way Luis Enrique uses Hakimi. He spends much of the game as an extra forward on the right, arriving late in the box rather than staying wide.
Luis Enrique described him exactly that way after the match: an attacker whenever PSG have the ball, a defender when they don’t. Speaking to Ligue1+, the Spanish coach said the atmosphere made it a hard place to play, but that his side were the better team and “not a single PSG player had a bad game”. He credited the counter-attacks for the goals and said his players “deserve to play more”.
Why Pakistani fans care
Hakimi has a large following in Pakistan, much of it from Morocco’s run at the 2022 World Cup, and PSG are among the most-watched European clubs here. Late-night Ligue 1 and La Liga games now regularly show up in Pakistan’s daily search trends, alongside the Saudi Pro League matches that Cristiano Ronaldo plays in.
The Ligue 1 table after matchday 9
PSG stay top on 20 points. Le Havre remain last on two points and are still looking for their first league win of the season.
