Delta Goodrem films first UK television Christmas special in London

Australian pop sensation and musical star Delta Goodrem has filmed her very first festive television special on United Kingdom soil, bringing an elaborate holiday concert to central London.

According to reports confirmed by That Eurovision Site and UK television production sources, the multi-platinum singer-songwriter completed recording for the upcoming prime-time broadcast before an enthusiastic audience at a historic central London theatre venue.

Star-studded festive production in London

While Goodrem has long hosted beloved annual holiday specials for Australian national television, this marks the first time the production has been created specifically for British and international viewers:

• Festive classics and original hits: The concert features orchestral arrangements of classic carols alongside Goodrem’s signature chart-topping anthems.
• Celebrity guest collaborations: Prominent British musicians and vocalists joined Goodrem on stage for several surprise duets.
• A full gospel choir: A London-based choir provided soaring backing vocals throughout the holiday performance.

Growing connection with British audiences

Delta Goodrem has maintained an enduring bond with British fans since her early breakthrough roles and successful UK chart entries. Her recent high-profile performances on British television programmes, including special appearances on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, reignited calls from fans for a dedicated concert special.

Production insiders indicated that the completed programme will air across major television networks in the UK and Australia during the peak December holiday schedule.
