Sapphire winter collection 2026: 8 picks from Rs 3,790 to Rs 21,990

From a Rs 3,790 khaddar two-piece to raw silk for weddings: the eight Sapphire winter pieces we would actually buy, with fabric, fit and prices.

Sapphire’s winter racks are now split three ways on its website: unstitched khaddar for everyday, a festive unstitched line in silk and velvet, and ready-to-wear for people who would rather skip the tailor. We went through all three and picked eight pieces that cover office days, family dinners and the December wedding rush. Prices below were checked on Sapphire’s Pakistan website on Thursday, 5 November.

Everyday khaddar, unstitched (Rs 3,790 to Rs 7,590)

Green light khaddar three-piece (Rs 6,990). An embroidered front, embroidered sleeve border and plain green back and trousers, with a printed shawl instead of a dupatta. Light khaddar is the one to pick if you want warmth without bulk, and the matching shawl means you are covered for chilly mornings. The bottle green looks rich in person and hides everyday wear well.

Black premium khaddar with a green shawl (Rs 6,990). The black shirt has three embroidered front panels in antique gold tones, and the printed shawl is green. Black and olive is an easy grown-up pairing; add small gold jhumkas and you have a dinner outfit.

Light beige printed khaddar (Rs 5,990). A printed shirt with an embroidered neckline and hem patch, plain beige trousers and a printed shawl. The cheapest three-piece in our list and the softest colour, good for teachers and office wear. Stitch it as a straight shirt with a shalwar for the classic look Sapphire styled.

Blue two-piece with embroidered green trousers (Rs 3,790). The surprise here: the shirt is a plain printed blue khaddar, and the embroidery goes on the trousers instead, in green. It is a modern take that works with a cardigan or a solid shawl you already own. At Rs 3,790 it is the best value in the range.

Deep purple premium khaddar (Rs 7,590). Three embroidered front panels and an embroidered sleeve border, and here the dupatta is printed khaddar too, so the whole suit is warm. The purple is dark enough to read almost navy in some light, so check the photos on the product page.

For weddings: festive unstitched and pret

Orange grip silk three-piece (Rs 14,990). This is the mehndi and dholki pick. The printed silk shirt comes with a heavy set of embroidered pieces (pallu border, neckline, hem patch and sleeves) and an embroidered organza dupatta with its own pallu. Bright orange with gold works well under fairy lights; keep jewellery to a maang tikka or statement earrings, not both.

Blue raw silk three-piece, ready-to-wear (Rs 16,990). A slim straight shirt with culottes in bright raw silk, and a contrasting green chiffon dupatta. Very clean and modern, so it suits a nikah guest or a formal dinner. Raw silk holds its shape, which makes the culottes look sharp.

Seafoam silk three-piece, ready-to-wear (Rs 21,990). The most expensive piece we picked and the most elegant: an embroidered A-line shirt in plain silk, flared raw silk pants and a georgette chiffon dupatta, all in seafoam green. Pale shades are a good choice for a day valima. The model is 5 feet 6 inches and wears size S, which helps with sizing.

Which one is worth it?

For daily wear, the Rs 3,790 two-piece and the Rs 5,990 beige suit give you the most for the money. For one wedding outfit, the orange silk is the most festive per rupee, but remember you will pay a tailor on top; if you have no time for stitching, the seafoam pret is ready to wear. Sapphire notes on every page that colours may look slightly different in person.
